In the event of an accident caused by a driver who was driving a vehicle registered in a foreign country, it is necessary that the police record be concluded.

Even if you are guilty of causing a road accident, it is important to know that the injured party will be indemnified in any way by the insurance company with which you have the civil liability insurance policy, but if you have violated a few simple legal provisions, the insurance company has the right to take action to regress the person responsible for the damage, when:

a) the accident was deliberately produced;

b) when the accident occurred, the vehicle was drunk or under the influence of the drug or the user of the vehicle refused to undergo alcohol testing or, as the case may be, medical examination and / or biological sampling;

c) the person responsible for the accident who was driving the vehicle without a driving license or in violation of the driving license rules;

d) the person responsible for the accident is not included in the insurance contract concluded between the motor vehicle owner and the insurer of motor vehicle liability, except for the situation stipulated in art.8 paragraph (2) letter b);

e) contrary to the legal provisions regulating the traffic on the national and local roads, the person responsible for the accident left his / her place;

f) the user of the motor vehicle does not have a technical revision certificate at the time of the accident;

g) the accident was caused by the offender who is trying to flee the pursuit;

h) the insured or the user of the motor vehicle does not comply with the provisions of art. 18 par. (1) lit. c), e) and f), for the additional expenses related to the non-fulfillment of the mentioned provisions.
