The object of the accident insurance is the patrimonial interests that concern the life, health and working capacity of the Insured.

Risks insured:

The insurance protection will cover, to the extent that they are expressly specified in the Insurance Contract:

a) The risks of permanent disability and / or death of the insured arising from an accident;

b) Risks of permanent disability, death, trauma and other personal injuries of the insured, arising from an accident.

Insurance compensation:

In the event of the death of the Insured from the accident, the insurance amount is paid to the Beneficiary or to the legal or testamentary heirs of the insured person in the amount of 100%.

In case of permanent loss of work capacity from accident, depending on the establishment of the disability group:

a) for severe disability - 100% of the sum insured;

b) for accentuated disability -75% of the insured amount;

c) for average disability - 50% of the sum insured.

In case of temporary loss of work capacity (or temporary loss of health) from the accident, - according to the Accident insurance contract.
